2006 Roxy Ann Pinot Gris

> Lookup on Cellar Tracker

Light straw colored. The nose is fruity, melon and grapefruitslightly citric to lemon. On first taste it is a dry slightly fruity wine with a nice long finish. Second taste shows more complexity and layers, fruit up front, into a firm middle to long finish. This light bodied wine has legs.

2006 Eyrie Vinyards Pinot Gris

> Lookup on Cellar Tracker

The wine is golden to the color as honey.  The nose fresh with a hint a fruit but subdued.  I also pick up honey comb, flowers in the nose.  First taste it has crisp fruit flavor, pinot grape comes through clearly, also grapefruit and apple.  The finish while sharp, sweet and lasting, mellows but lasts for minutes.

2002 Griffin Creek Cabernet Sauvignon

> Lookup on Cellar Tracker

A dark ruby and purple color, the nose is acidic with a herbal trace, slight blackberry and cherry.  The body is fine with a light character, a tart acidic fruit with mild tannins and long finish.  This is a fairly simple wine, it lacks the complexity of a finer cabernet but it quite drinkable and well recieved.  One pair very nicely with Lamb or Beef on the rare side.

2006 Argyle Willamette Valley Riesling

> Lookup on Cellar Tracker

Color is light gold, appears light and fine.  The nose is complex citric lemon, grapeffruit and melon.  Taste is sweet and fruit filled up front then suddenly into a dry long acidic finish.  A French type Reisling rather than German.  The body is light and refreshing, Paula enjoyed this wine.
